She spent 5 years in HR and read more than 10,000 CVs. She kept seeing talented people dropped in 30 seconds because their CV didn’t show what they can do. Her brother Youssef, a great photographer, was rejected 14 times. One night she sat with him and built a simple page with his work and his numbers. He was hired two weeks later. That’s when she understood: the problem isn’t the people, it’s how they’re presented. So she left HR and started Shoofni.
